Coaching is client-directed; this means that we work with clients on specific issues or concerns they wish to address. Our coaches work collaboratively with individual clients to assist them to identify and develop strategies to grow, learn and achieve professional and personal wellbeing.

 

We use cognitive behavioural coaching techniques and psychological tools, which are adapted into bespoke individualised programs depending on client requirements (leadership, remedial, career, developmental, high performance or wellbeing coaching). We also offer Outdoor Coaching sessions.

PEAK PERFORMANCE & WELLBEING

Positively Uplift and Grow

Wellbeing coaching by a coaching psychology practitioner focuses on an individual's wellbeing, psychological happiness, physical health and job performance. Recent 2023 WHS legislation changes mean that companies need to show how they are supporting employees to achieve wellbeing and positive growth - access to an EAP is no longer 'good enough'. 

 

We offer wellbeing coaching for private clients wanting to balance their lives and corporate clients looking to support themselves and teams for psychosocial wellbeing. Performance & Wellbeing Coaching is the best way to balance and regulate emotions, build self-awareness, focus on growth mindset and adapt to evolving challenges.

 

Using the PERMA-H model devised by renowned psychologist Dr Martin Seligman (2011), we work with clients to help them flourish through the five elements:

  • P = Positive emotions

  • E = Engagement or flow (Csikszentmihalyi, 2002).

  • R = Relationships

  • M = Meaning

  • A = Achievement (needs to be balanced with challenge)

  • H = Health

 

What makes our psychological coaching particularly effective is that we also focus on the behaviours within each of the PERMA-H elements.  We work with clients to understand how each PERMA-H is equally important, contributes to their overall happiness and wellbeing, and may interact differently within different systems. Complete the PERMA assessment here

Career and Life Guidance 

We provide career coaching including specific programs for young adults (16 -24 years) to make decisions on their study, career and future life transitions.

 

Our programs focus on understanding strengths, development of self and support through the making sometimes challenging study, career and life decisions.

 

We offer training to become 'job ready' including how to develop a CV and tackle behavioural questions in job interviews.

Our programs focus on:
