We use cognitive behavioural coaching techniques and psychological tools, which are adapted into bespoke individualised programs depending on client requirements (leadership, remedial, career, developmental, high performance or wellbeing coaching). We also offer Outdoor Coaching sessions.

Wellbeing coaching by a coaching psychology practitioner focuses on an individual's wellbeing, psychological happiness, physical health and job performance. Recent 2023 WHS legislation changes mean that companies need to show how they are supporting employees to achieve wellbeing and positive growth - access to an EAP is no longer 'good enough'.
We offer wellbeing coaching for private clients wanting to balance their lives and corporate clients looking to support themselves and teams for psychosocial wellbeing. Performance & Wellbeing Coaching is the best way to balance and regulate emotions, build self-awareness, focus on growth mindset and adapt to evolving challenges.
